Been a big week for me. On top of surviving the world’s worst long-weekend camping trip and getting my kids back to school, I also finally finished the fourth Three Thieves book, The King’s Dragon.
I’ve kept fans of the series waiting a while for this one, but I promise it’ll be worth it. This fourth installment is a change of pace for the series, focusing not on Dessa Redd and her fugitive pals, but on the backstory of the brooding, complex Captain Drake, who has been tasked with hunting them. Some questions from the first three books will be answered and new ones will arise, all amidst the usual mix of hijinks and high adventure.
Pre-order your copy now, and join me next spring for the middle chapter of the Shuster Award-winning series for Best Comic for Kids (Tower of Treasure). High-res
